In this class we will explore the the neuroscience behind tenacity and willpower. How the brain works and thus understand how to identify and overcome common challenges when following through with personal and professional change.

This is a 2 hour workshop that will be held at The Grinning Yogi 1505 NW 23rd Ave in Portland, OR. All cushions will be provided. If you have any physical concerns about sitting on the ground for this workshop please reach out to me and I will bring a folding chair for you.
