Let’s have some sex-success! In the previous episode, I shared with you why you should set intentions around the area of your pleasure and sexuality, and what that may look like for the year ahead. This episode is a continuation of that conversation in which I share with you the “how” of how to reach that success.

I also want to share with you that this time in the new year can bring a feeling of excitement, or may bring a sense of pressure and overwhelm when it comes to creating goals.
