As summer is upon on (at least when this episode was recorded) I am reminded often what we take on as mothers. From coaching clients who are mamas to being one myself I find so many similarities in how we approach our pleasure and the impact that motherhood has on our sex life.
There are of course obvious ways that our sex life is impacted - late nights, sleep deprivation, pregnancy/post-partum, privacy issues etc. But I wanted to spend some time focusing on some of the overlooked ways that mother hood can take a toll on our sex life.
In this part episode we will focus on the top 4 Overlooked Reasons for this phenomenon and then in part 2, the steps you can take to break this cycle.
